Taylors Jaraman Chardonnay 2022

An unusual fusion of Adelaide Hills & Clare Valley resulting in an intensely flavoured, complex yet elegant wine with distinct citrus, white peach & nectarine characters along with a subtle flinty note. One of go to Chardonnay's this lovely Chardonnay has  a little bit of that old school butteriness. 

Adelaide Hills (58%) / Clare Valley (42%)

The palate delivers what the bouquet promises; citrus fruits, fig and melon flavours along with a clean, mineral acidity and a touch of lemon zest. Texturally, it is very delicate, with a soft mid palate and well integrated oak. The Clare Valley parcel delivers mid palate fleshiness whilst the Adelaide Hills component contributes restrained fruit characters and a hint of minerality that is typical of this region. Overall, the wine has a great palate line with length which lingers long after.
