The Mount Lawson Cabernet Sauvignon was made using Mudgee sourced grapes to create a generous wine with mouthfilling flavour and texture. On the palate, blackberry and blackcurrant flavours abound with the tannin and subtle vanilla and oak. Considered a noble variety, this wine will satisfy many when match with hard cheeses and red meat.
