Longview The Piece Shiraz 2015

With it's cutting edge design, the graffiti pieces that adorn the label are only the very beginning of the story. Longview has created limited, collectible art on the bottle and what's inside is equally so.

Every vintage, Care is taken to isolate select rows of the best Shiraz fruit, then go a step further by hand-picking only perfect bunches based on flavour. The yields are small but the rewards are plentiful resulting in only 200 dozen of the best Shiraz we could make.  

Whole bunches in small open fermenters deliver delicacy to the blue and red fruit spectrum; and anise and clove combine to give this wine its spicy decadence.  Subtle French oak influence ensures the fruit harvested remains the star of this experience.

Decant if consuming now but will reward those patient enough to cellar 10+ years.
