Colour:
Bright vibrant red purple colour.
Aroma:
Big spicy white pepper and hints of red and black forest berries showing through on the nose. The balanced levels of fresh chocolate & cedar oak gives complexity and lift on the finish.
Palate:
A fleshy rich fruit driven wine with dominate fruit flavours of black cherry and dark plums, coupled with peppery spice showing typical NSW shiraz characters. The long fine tannin finish has been balanced with judicious oak gives balance, flavour and length.
