Peter Lehmann The Bond Shiraz 2019
It was like Peter Lehmann Wines was born to preserve the Barossa winemaking community. Facing financial ruin, many growers sold their fruit to Peter on a handshake, with his word as his bond - that is still honoured today. This relationship continues today with the new winery being able access to the finest grapes across the length and breadth of the region.
This classic, full-bodied Barossa Shiraz has been barrel aged for flavour and displays lifted cherry- which perfectly complements barbecued meats.
