Dog Point Chardonnay 2020
This is a cracking bottle of Marlborough Chardonnay, produced by one of New Zealands favourite wineries, Dog Point. This is an excellent food wine best suited to; Shellfish, fish, white meats and especially a BBQ rack of pork.

Lifted aromas of grapefruit, fresh lime and a degree of minerality combined with roasted hazelnuts and toasty yeast characters derived from eighteen months evolution in French oak barrels.
Palate:
The finely structured palate has a chalky textural complexity, as a result of an indigenous ferment and yeast lees contact, complimented by intense citrus and fig flavours.

Shellfish, fish, white meats and especially a BBQ rack of pork.
