Vasse Felix Cane Cut Semillon 2023
Vasse Felix Cane Cut is produced from Semillon using the Cane Cut method, where each fruiting cane is detached from the vine. The bunches are left hanging until the fruit has dried and concentrated in flavour and sugar. A truly delicious dessert wine.

Appearance:
Bright, golden straw with a slight green tinge.
Nose:
Lifted layers of bright apple and lemon zest vibrantly explode into a mix of sweet apricot nectar, preserved citrus fruit and subtle tones of toasty vanilla, caramel and butterscotch.
Palate:
Succulent and creamy upfront, with mouthwatering flavours of nectarine, pear and apricot atop vanilla and caramel.These luscious layers follow with a voluptuous sweetness and mouthwatering acidity for a fresh and tangy, clean structure.Acidity and oak phenolics draw the substantial sweetness to a crisp, textural finish.
