The  aim here was to create a great wine using a thousand year old wine-making tradition from both regions of Puglia and Abruzzo, After careful research,  winemaker Filippo Baccalaro successfully found the 5 gifted vines: Montepulciano Primitivo, Sangiovese, Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera that blended in different amounts obtain the final result. Edizione has no vintage as the grapes originate from two different regions; for this reason the wine is named with the progressive number of the vintages produced.  Unfilterd there may be some colour and crystal precipitation, this is a sign that the wine is genuine.

Rich garnet color with an intense and persistent flavor profile. Bursting with notes of cherry and blackcurrant, complimented by hints of herbs, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa, and licorice. The velvety tannins provide great structure and a perfect balance between alcohol and freshness. This wine has a long and satisfying finish - a true adventure for the taste buds! Best served with a charcuterie board, meatballs in tomato sauce, grilled meats, or a special fish dish baked in the oven. Ready to drink now, or can be aged for an even more daring experience.
