Torres Coronas Tempranillo 2020
The Torres Coronas Tempranillo was made using 86% Tempranillo and 14% Cabernet Sauvignon. This great wine is ideal with red meats, creamy cheeses and traditional paellas.
Coronas is unmistakable for its intense colour and lush aromas of cherry and black plums on a background of green coffee. It is aged in oak barrels to achieve a soft, rounded sensation on the palate with a big finish.
Founded in 1870 by Jamie Torres, today the Bodegas Torres is considered to be one of the world’s great wine families producing wines from across Spain, Chile and California. Torres has 1700 hectares on vines in Catalonia, which provides about one quarter of the companies production. Torres produce some of the world’s most famous Spanish wines, names such as Torres Sangre de Toro, Torres Viña Sol and Torres Coronas have introduced many a wine-lover to the wines of Spain and continue to provide delight as they have travelled onwards in their journey through wine.
