Freixenet Gordon Negro Brut Sparkling

Cordon Negro Brut is crisp, clean and well balanced. The dosage is very dry, but the acidity is lower than most champagnes for a softer, smoother flavor. It is medium-bodied with apple, pear and bright citrus flavors and a moderately long and crisp, clean finish.
Winemaker Notes

Bouquets of tropical fruits, hints of herbaceousness and grassiness. Bursting with lifted fruit salad aromas, passionfruit and sea breeze undertones. Refreshing, intense palate with good structure and excellent balance. Flavours of gooseberry and lemongrass, snow pea, grapefruit and thistle. Finishes with a crisp, zesty minerality.
