On release the wine is a deep red with a vibrant purple hue.
Bouquet:
The wine displays brooding dark berry fruit characteristics with underlying subtle cigar box and spicy oak aromas.
Palate:
This is a medium-bodied wine with flavours of cherry, and subtle dark berry fruits along with well integrated spicy French oak. There is great texture to the mid palate and the wine has a long, persistent finish.
Cellaring Notes
This wine has been crafted for immediate enjoyment but may continue to develop for up to 5 years.
