Cantine Pra 'Monte Grande' Soave Classico Superiore DOC 2018

The minerality, which is the distinctive characteristic of this cru, gives the wine great elegance. An outstanding olfactory complexity of mature exotic fruit and yellow citrus fruits. On the palate it has good freshness with a long finish of sweet almond and vanilla. Thanks to its structure this wine has a good aging potential.

Perfect with shellfish and fish dishes such as red tuna or seabass . Ideal served with quiche , seafood risotto and with meat roast.

Located in the heart of the Soave Classico DOC near Verona, Cantine Pra is run by brothers Sergio and Graziano Pra, the former tending the estates 25 hectares of vineyards and the latter in charge of the cantine. The Pra range of wines are considered to be one of the benchmarks for the region including the Soave Classico, an un-oaked Soave Classico Superiore, Monte Grande, the barrique aged Soave Classico Colle Sant' Antonio and a stunning Recioto di Soave Classico. A producer that is totally in tune with their terroir and what the varieties Garganega and Trebbiano are capable of delivering in the glass.
