Winemaker Notes
Ripe pear, white peach, tropical spice, pineapple and comb honey abound in the aroma and flavour. On the palate the wine is mouth filling and unctuous, but there is a seam of tangy minerality which flows through the wine balancing its off-dry finish and drawing out its length.
