Redbank The Long Paddock Pinot Gris

All of the fruit for this blend is sourced from the King Valley, where high altitude and moderately cool summers provide ideal conditions for the production of aromatic white varieties such as Pinot Gris. The rich volcanic soils are highly fertile and fastidious canopy management is required to manage vigour and produce the best quality fruit possible.
Winemaker Notes

Bright pale straw in colour with fragrant aromas of Corella pears and spice with underlying hints of rose petal and nougat. The palate is softly textured with flavours of ripe pears and fresh peaches. The sweet fruit flavour and creamy texture is
balanced by a refreshing pink grapefruit acidity on the finish. Delightful drinking now or short term cellaring of up to two
