Nugan Estate Cookoothama Cabernet Merlot 2022

This wine is crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes sourced from top-tier vineyards in the Riverina region of New South Wales, Australia.

The grapes were carefully harvested during the cool night hours and transported to the winery in small batches. After destemming, the grapes underwent a 48-hour cold maceration, following which yeast was introduced, and the traditional pumping-over process took place. Subsequently, the wine was moved to a mix of new, one, and two-year-old French and American Oak for additional maturation before the final blending and bottling stages.
