The Grant Burge 5th Generation Shiraz pays homage to the winemaking endeavours of Grant’s forefathers whilst showcasing the exemplary fruit and unrivalled quality which only the Barossa can produce. This wine will benefit from cellaring for 5- 7 years, and is a delicious match for a variety of barbecued meats or steak Florentine.

Aroma:
This wine immediately impresses with aromas of ripe plum, dark chocolate and red berry fruit which is all supported by hints of vanilla and spice.
Palate:
The palate is full silky with rich layers of black fruit, blackberry and subtle black pepper notes. The soft integrated tannin profile gives the wine a real elegance and mid palate structure. The multi-layered depth of flavours and long lingering finish give this wine an impressive length and structure.
