A little gem from Hiltops in New South Wales, the Lock & Key Cabernet Sauvignon is an intense and concentrated Cabernet with plenty of cassis, plum and dark chocolate flavour, laced with cedary oak. The fine-grained tannins provide structure on the finish and potential for improvement in the cellar.
