The Petaluma Shiraz is a dark, brooding, spicy, vibrant dry red. The aroma has loads of spicy dark fruit, and cherries and blackberries are complemented by a touch of anise. The palate is full and rich, with sweet black fruits and continues the spicy savoury theme. Lovely cinnamon, toasty oak complement fine abundant tannins
