A bit of a find here. All the way from the old Leasingham vineyards we have the juice for Schobers wines. Schobers stems from the German word for 'haystacks'. The families of this iconic vineyard felt that acquiring such a rare and special property was like finding a needle in a haystack This wine is a tribute to Schobers and the Clare Valley, a soft and satisfying Shiraz crafted to be enjoyed young Deep crimson in colour. Plum, mint and berry aromas complemented by toasty vanillin oak. The palate is full bodied and soft with a long, firm finish. Enjoy now or cellar up to seven years.
