Sevenhill Inigo Shiraz
Sevenhill Cellars is Clare Valley's oldest winery, established in 1851. The Inigo range pays homage to St.Ignatius, the founder of the Jesuits. This wine is made from majestic old vines, some of which are centenarians.

The 2013 Inigo Shiraz has a dense, cherry-black appearance, The palate shows a generous expression of fleshy, ripe plum fruit. A full-bodied wine, the finish has firm but smooth tannins and a spicy note.
