Wilson Riesling Polish Hill River 2022

Produced annually since 1985, Wilson Riesling's low-yielding vines are grown on stony slopes and lightly irrigated, yielding less than 5 tonnes per hectare. Hand-picked and chilled, the grapes are whole bunch pressed. This classic style hails from the Wilsons' oldest vineyards in Polish Hill River, which were planted 40 years ago.

With small, spindly vines cropping meagerly from the nutrient-deficient heavy clay soil, the 100% hand-picked fruit provides intense citrus aromas and flavors, with a steely structure and minerality. Recognized as a Wine of Provenance by the Clare Valley Winemakers (2014), Wilson Riesling has consistently been awarding accolades for its excellence and aging potential.
