Jacobs Creek Cool Harvest Shiraz Rosé

Rosé wines come in many different styles, but Jacob's Creek wanted a rose that was light and fruity. For Cool Harvest the shiraz grapes are picked at night when they have reached their peak ripeness.

Lively pink with purple hues.

Bouquet:
Fresh picked strawberries and raspberries with a delicate spiciness in the background.

Palate:
Bursting with fresh berry fruit, reminiscent of biting into a summer strawberry, followed by a gentle finish of nicely tempered spice and quince.
