St Hallett Faith Shiraz 2020
An accessible, fruit driven wine, Faith’s vibrant yet dense purple hue hints at the generosity of fruit within. The wine derives exuberant raspberry, cherry and spice flavours from vineyards in the southern part of the Barossa Valley and pepper from its Eden Valley component.
Winemaker Notes
Bouquet:
A complex nose with notes of cherry, raspberry and blood plum, with a second layer of licorice and black pepper.
Palate:
Bright red fruits and a subtle floral element open the wine, before a secondary layer of darker fruits and a hint of cracked pepper emerges. It’s nice and round with fine grain tannins providing solid structure.
