Sutton Grange Syrah

Established in 1998, a small estate with an original vision as a Thoroughbred facility. In time, a small vineyard was added, farmed organically, with a view to crafting savoury, complex, “bistro style” wines. Pioneers of styles so common now, like their cult-following pale rosé, they are quality driven and highly acclaimed. The vineyard and winery operations are led by Melanie Chester, a star in the making. She joined Sutton Grange by way of Seppelt, so has a very strong hand for central Victorian wines, and has quickly made a mark in the industry through the Young Gun of Wine Awards
