Jacobs Creek Cool Harvest Pinot Grigio

This grape variety is strongly influenced by the winemaking approach. Rather than a French Pinot Gris style, which is soft and oily, our winemakers chose the Italian Grigio style, which is clean and vibrant with a touch of mineral acidity.

Pale straw with green hues.

An elegant balance of pear and crisp apple aromas with fresh lemon notes.

Palate:
Refreshing and zesty pear and citrus flavours balanced by nuances of crème anglaise to finish.
