This skin contact organic pinot gris and gewürztraminer began wild fermentation while the grapes were fully intact. It was then gently pressed into stainless steel tanks where the Lees were stirred through every two weeks for three months, resulting in an increased mouthfeel. The final product was passed through a rock filter before being bottled.

The wine has a cloudy watermelon color, with aromas of cumquats, rosewater, and musk. On the palate, it offers flavors of marmalade and tangerine with a long finish. Pair with spicy dishes, game, or darker skinned fish.
