Sheep Whey Gin
The world's first sheep whey gin. Using only Australian native botanicals with many never having been used before in any other Gin. All the botanicals are vapour infused which is a technique not used very often with Australian gins. Vapour infusion gives the gin a much more delicate and subtle bouquet. This gin is designed to smell beautiful. There is delicate pedal rose and citrus aromas with a hint of freshly cut hay. A very delicate gin best serve neat, in a Martini or with soda water garnished with a fresh rose petal.
